FITNESS SESSIONS

Beginners to Advanced - A high intensity workout using a variety of effective Boxing & Kickboxing training techniques. Incorporating high intensity interval training methods, these sessions are designed to motivate you, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn maximum calories and will challenge all participants! HIIT Circuit (High Intensity Interval Training) will get your heart rate up and target all areas of the body.

PRO-AM BOXING / MEMBERS SPARRING

Intermediate to Advanced - For those wanting to take their training to the next level, North Melbourne Boxing & Fitness offers training for competition at both amateur & professional levels

All Sparring MUST be supervised by a North Melbourne Boxing & Fitness trainer, and all necessary protection equipment must be worn including Mouthguard, Headguard & 16OZ Sparring Gloves

*Strictly no unsupervised sparring permitted

OPEN GYM

The gym is open all day for casual visits for those who want to use weights & cardio equipment

All members MUST bring a hand towel and wipe equipment down after use

Personal Training & Group Sessions are available for Boxing, Fitness, Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Self Defense

We have provided training for sporting clubs such as North Melbourne Football Club, Melbourne Vixens, West Brunswick Football Club and many other groups. Boxing is a great cross training alternative for any sport, and we can structure sessions to cater for your needs
